Kitsune Lodge Myoko is a charming and traditional ski lodge nestled peacefully in the village of Ikenotaira, Myoko Japan. This lovely privately located 9 bedroom ski lodge sleeps up to 28 guests, each room with
there own toilet and basin.
Our lodge has lots of cosy communal living and lounging space with a toasty fire place which invites guests to mingle with each other or just chill in the relaxing atmosphere.
Relaxing in front of a crackling fire, surrounded by warm, honey-hued logs, is what our lodge living is all about.

The main dining and living areas serve as the social hub of the lodge, with premium Japanese beer and Chu-Hi on tap, board or card games and a story telling place to share about your day on the mountain, happy hour from 4pm to 5pm with bar snacks available.

The location of this lodge is very unique and very special as it centrally located in the Myoko Region, with Suginohara (famous for its 8.5km ski run) and Akakura only minutes away.

Kitsune Lodge Myoko is also perfect for families with children, there are endless opportunities for children to go exploring, build a snowman or go tobogganing.
We want to make your holiday memorable and enjoyable, so please dont hesitate to ask us upon booking to make arrangements for ski/board and equipment hire, private and group lessons from beginner to advanced, Back Country Tours, and other winter activities, these can all be booked and organised prior to your arrival to ensure minimal interruption to your snow holiday.

FAMILY ROOMS
Our Family rooms sleep 2 adults and 3 children comfortably. The rooms have been fitted with high quality beds and linen to provide a comfortable sleep after a big day on the mountain. All rooms have a private toliet and wash basin, we have shared bathroom facilities with a hot tub to soak those tired muscles.

Myoko is one of Japan's largest ski resort town's.
In addition to Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Resort, there are seven other ski resorts in the foothills of Mt. Myoko, boasting 50 courses and 37 lifts.

Snow Monkey's
We're lucky too enter their world and watch them enjoying themselves. Watching the monkeys play, take a leisurely onsen - or even swim in the onsen - is a lot of fun. If you are in the area, a visit to see the monkeys of Jigokudani is highly recommended.
